Little is known of the biology of the high altitude populations of Sceloporus graciosus inhabiting the thermal areas of Yellowstone National Park. Turner (1955) and Kerfoot (1968) reported the distribution of this lizard inside Yellowstone National Park. The temperature and energy characteristics of the Norris Geyser Basin, Yellowstone National Park, population are being reported by Mueller (Copeia, in press). Here we report on growth, age class composition, sex ratios, and some aspects of reproduction in the Norris Geyser Basin (Norris) population.
