Cowie RH and Cook RP. 1998. Partulid and other land snails of the National Park of American Samoa. Tentacle. 8
Land snail surveys were conducted in the National Park of American Samoa in March and May 1998. On Tutuila island 80 snails were collected and on Tau and Ofu 71 snails were collected. Findings include twelve individuals of the Ofu endemic Samoana thurstoni, expanding its known distribution and thriving population of Eua and more partulids than expected.
