In order to locate eastern massasauga within Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore park boundaries, visual searching, drift fencing, and coverboards were employed. Amphibians and reptiles located are also recorded in the report. Possibilities for the decline of the eastern massasauga in the park are considered.
