An announcement from the Governor of American Samoa stating that an executive order was issued establishing the American Samoa Sea Turtle and Marine Mammal Sanctuary within the territorial waters of American Samoa. The purpose of the sanctuary is to protect the sea turtle and marine mammal populations and educate the public by publishing awareness programs of sea turtle and mammal conservation.
