SEAFRAME (Sea Level Fine Resolution Acoustic Measuring Equipment) gauge was installed in Apia, Samoa in February 1993. The gauge measures sea levels, air and water temperatures, wind speed, wind direction and atmospheric pressures. This report summarizes the findings as of June 2003 and places them in a regional and historical context.
