The field survey produced 419 lichen specimens comprising 202 species in total, 21 of which are rare in California. Two new occurrences of the globally rare Texosporium sancti-jacobi were discovered. Data mining uncovered 241 specimens previously collected from PINN comprising a total of 164 species. This project added 93 lichen species to the PINN lichen list bringing the total to 293. A reference collection of specimens was compiled and the duplicates are housed at PINN and at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden.
