The document contains the general management plan, which is a long-term framework for making management decisions at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and a Wilderness Study, which explores alternatives for wilderness designation. An environmental impact statement assesses the impacts for the plan and study. The plan examines 5 alternatives for managing the lakeshore over the next 15 years and the impacts of each alternative.
