Researchers inventoried mammals in Amistad National Recreation Area (NRA), Texas in 2003. Objectives included: documentation of current mammal fauna at Amistad NRA; assessment of changes occurring in species since previous studies; establishment of permanent monitoring transects; and determine the distribution of various mammals in the park.
