Lake Clark National Park and Preserve (LACL) contains 200 km of marine coastline in Western Lower Cook Inlet including Tuxedni and Chinitna Bays. During 1994-96, surveys were conducted to obtain basic data on intertidal habitats, and distribution and abundance of marine and near-coastal vertebrates and invertebrates. The goal of this project was to gain an unerstanding of the Park's coastal ecosystem and biotic processes. This is a report on the seasonal abundance and distribution of waterfowl.
