This report details field work during the summers of 1976-77 for the Resources Basic Inventory of the Crater District of Haleakala National Park. It provides an annotated catalog of 205 species conifers and flowers (120 endemic, 11 indigenous, 119 exotic, 38 unique). Several species present in earlier surveys were not found and are presumed to be extinct; and 15 weed species in the area are identified as destructive to the ecosystem. Resource management recommendations are provided.
