During the week of November 2-6, 1993 a team of three spent four nights on Rose Island, Rose Atoll to assess the oil/boat debris on the beaches and animals. Other projects during the four-day trip included turtle tagging, rat trapping, vegetation studies, seabird censuses and phenology, and introduced plant eradication.
