Marine biological surveys and resource inventory of selected coastal sites at American Samoa

Randall JE. 1974. Marine biological surveys and resource inventory of selected coastal sites at American Samoa. Final report. Bernice P. Bishop Museum. Honolulu, HI

Summary of marine biological surveys conducted on Tutuila, American Samoa during April 21 - May 5, 1974. The survey areas were restricted portions of the coastline and potential shoreline storm damage mitigation locations. Results of the survey indicate that no unique biological or geological features would be destroyed if seawall construction renovation or road improvements were initiated with the exception of one site.
