The objective of this inventory was to document avian species diversity and relative abundance along prescribed shoreline and wetland route within PUHE. This study site of PUHE was divided into four study areas: Administration, Midlands, Pond, and Shore. Three species of shorebirds were observed during the surveys: sanderling, wandering tattler, Pacific golden-plover, and one waterbird, the black-crowned night heron.
