Sulfur-Sulfate History for IMPROVE

This report details the changes in the sampling and filter analysis in the IMPROVE program that could affect the fine particle sulfur or sulfate measurements. It was found that three issues could produce invalid data and the possible impact of these issue is examined using eastern US data.
