Study to assess changes in riparian vegetation in Chaco Wash. The authors used vegetation transect data from the 1970's to interpret vegetation changes. They also mapped the spatial extent of dominant tree and woody shrub populations along Chaco, Fajada, and Gallo washes, locations of Tamarisk stands in Chaco wash. The study resulted in a final map that depicts the current spatial distribution of plant communities in Chaco Wash.
