A report on a pilot project which investigated the social, cultural, and economic factors in fishery development in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marian Islands (CNMI) during January and February 1980. Information on various aspects of fishing in CNMI including harvesting, processing, distribution, recreation, consumption, financing, management was collected from a variety of sources.
