The National Parks of New York Harbor is a collaboration among several units of the National Park System - with leadership and support provided by a special office under the direction of a senior agency executive - to advance the mission of the National Park Service within the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area. The National Parks of New York Harbor shares a common geographic base, similar challenges and opportunities, a belief in the mission and core values of the National Park Service, and a collective vision of what we can achieve by working together.
