During the past year, from June 2003 to June 2004, work has progressed for the mapping of non-native plant species for the National Park Service Intermountain Region Non-native Plant Inventory and Mapping Program (NPS/IMR Weed Mapping project) in Big Bend National Park (BIBE), San Antonio Missions National Historical Park (SAAN), and with preliminary discussions regarding field work with personnel at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument (ORPI). Two fieldwork sessions have been held in BIBE in October 2003 and February 2004, and one in SAAN in April to May 2004.
