This document is an Environmental Assessment for the Wilkins Ranch Rehabilitation and Public Use Project. The project objectives are to provide public access to the facilities, rehabilitate and preserve historic buildings and features, and implement the objects of the General Management Plan for GOGA and PORE. The Environmental Assessment evaluates three alternatives that include a no-action alternative and two action alternatives, with Alternative C being the preferred alternative.
