This report details the baseline vegetation and wildlife surveys conducted on the city of Jacksonville's Cedar Point Property. Habitat types include Coastal Marine Hammock, Pine Dominated-salt influenced forest, Pine flatwoods, Shrub/scrub, Freshwater ponds, Mixed forest uplands, wetland mixed forest, salt marshes. Wildlife is listed in Tables 1, 2, and 3. Vegetation and wildlife surveys were conducted over a period of approximately one year from January 1995 through March 1996. This area is to be made a preservation area.
