Describes the underwater park site, associate flora and fauna, the trail area, unique features, and policy recommendations for Buck Island National Monument. This report describes the trip made to St. Croix and Buck Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands, December 13 to 15, 1965, by Drs. Bayer and Robins and makes evaluations and recommendations specifically in regard to the underwater park at Buck Island. It is hoped that this information will aid park personnel in the preparation of their evaluation of the park facilities and in the subsequent management of these facilities.
