Paired photography that documents visual changes over time in grassland communities on the east side of Glacier NP. Paired repeat photographs of grasslands on the east side of Glacier National Park are presented. The more recent images (1999-2001) were captured during sampling as part of the park's Eastside Grassland Ecology Study from 1999 through 2001. The author searched the park archives to find older images of these settings, and then recreated that image while sampling the grassland vegetation communities. Older photographs date back from 1980 through 1977.
