Powers summarizes activity at Kilauea from January 1913 to November 1914, and, in more detail, activity from December 1914 to March 1915. He briefly describes the 1914 eruption of Mauna Loa. Powers predicts that a Mauna Loa flank eruption will occur within a few years, probably on the northeast rift.
