This Water Resources Scoping Report describes the existing water resources conditions and issues at HOSP. Recommended actions to address these issues are included. The objectives of this report are to provide National Park Service management with an overview of the existing hydrological information and water resources issues and to begin to identify data needs and management directions to assist NPS management in providing a greater level of water resources protection.
