This plan describes the groundwater and surface water resources of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and the issues affecting them. Geologic setting and other elements of the hydrologic environment of both parks is described. Management issues, developed in scoping sessions in 1996 and 1997, are discussed, and management directives are provided in the form of project statements.
