From the Abstract: "This report presents the findings of an analysis conducted on the avifaunal remains recovered from the archaeological excavation of White Rock Village (45-CA-30), located on the western Washington Pacific coast. Results indicate that the prehistoric inhabitants of White Rock exploited medium to large sized sea birds such as cormorants (Phalacrocorax spp.), gulls (Larus spp.), murres (Uria spp.), and sea ducks (Mergini)."
