The purpose of this project was to conduct an inventory for Mexican Spotted Owls (MSO) in areas identified by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) personnel as suitable MSO habitat. Surveys were conducted from 31 May to 8 July, 1991. This final report provides information on the methodology and results of the 1991 MSO inventory in the Arizona Strip District for the BLM.
