A thorough floral inventory of Amistad National Recreation Area was produced by Jackie M. Poole as part of the National Park Service’s Inventory and Monitoring Program. The survey resulted in an encounter of 596 vascular plant taxa. Additionally, 100 taxa were confirmed collected in AMIS, but not observed during the study.
