A fourth year of surveys for the American peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus anatum) was completed in 1991, on the Arizona Strip District, U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Fifteen breeding territories have been identified on the District, and a sixteenth nearby in southwest Utah. Major clusters of breeding pairs were found in the Kanab Creek drainage and on the Vermilion Cliffs of the Paria Plateau.
