The Virgin River-Pakoon Basin Habitat Management Plan (HMP) is designed to improve habitat conditions for all wildlife species in the habitat management area (HMA). The Virgin River-Pakoon Basin HMP includes objectives designed to enhance the quality and quantity of such habitat elements as food, water, cover, and space. The result of planned actions is to accomplish the objectives by applying numerous wildlife management techniques. Implementing the HMP is expected to take 5-7 years. An annual evaluation report, 5-year revision, pre-plan analysis, and habitat analysis are included as part of this HMP.
