This Cooperative Agreement (Agreement) delineates an effective and cooperative working relationship between its signatories in protecting and maintaining viable populations of the White Sands pupfish (Cyprinodon tularosa Miller and Echelle) in its habitats on White Sands Missile Range, Holloman Air Force Base, and White Sands National Monument. Specific habitat for the White Sands pupfish is reported. Areas of White Sands National Monument are included.
