Purpose: The purpose of these regulations is to establish standards for water quality for all State waters and ground water in order to protect their use and value for propagation of fish and wildlife, recreational purpose, public water supply use, and taking into consideration their use and value for commerce. Document includes classifications of water uses, pollution sources and disposal, certification, inspections, and penalties and enforcement actions.
