ABSTRACT: Furculanurida langdoni n. sp. is described from specimens collected in deciduous forest in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee-North Carolina, U.S.A. It is distinguished from other Furculanurida species by the presence of five ocelli in each eyepatch, elliptical postantennal organ with 20–22 lobes, six mandibular teeth, and numerous sensillum-like setae on the fourth antennal segment All other known members of this genus have Caribbean, South American, African, or Himalayan distributions.
