A proposed plan to provide flood protection for all existing and future developments in Guam’s Agana River basin. Local and federal agencies were asked to review the proposal and provide comments. The US Department of the Interior National Park Service commented that “the proposed action will not affect any existing or proposed units of the National Park System or any existing, proposed, or known potential sites or properties listed or to be listed as National Landmarks. The statement appears to deal adequately with archeological and historical resources”.
