Assessment of non-point sources of water pollution for Guam. The non-point sources felt to be the most important for Guam are construction activity, agricultural activity, urban run-off, solid waste disposal sites, hazardous waste and sewage disposal. The primary purpose of this Nonpoint Source Program is to protect and restore designated uses of the Territory's waters.
