During 2007 breeding bird surveys were initiated on 36 plots at Arkansas Post National Memorial, Arkansas (ARPO) to address two objectives. The first is to monitor change in bird community composition and abundance. The second is to monitor the response of bird communities to change in habitat structure and other habitat variables related to management activities.
