Gunnison River system bibliography

National Park Service. Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument. 1995. Gunnison River system bibliography. National Park Service. Montrose, CO

The Gunnison River System bibliographic database is a working product which includes a comprehensive collection of references specific to the Gunnison River, and a selection of related references involving the Colorado River System and other regions. The completion of a comprehensive literature search has been identified as an essential step in determining the research needs associated with water delivery contract negotiations underway in the Gunnison River Basin. The result is a bibliographic database containing 800+ references from which variously organized bibliographies may be generated. The database may be amended as more information is acquired, and as the scope of the bibliographic project is fine-tuned. We anticipate that the database will be useful for other research projects and resource management programs in the Upper Colorado River Basin and similar river systems.
