This document was developed as an addendum to the Colonial National Historical Park Management Plan (RMP), and developed so it can inform the 1993 GMP. This document serves as a prototype for other National Park System units in that it presents a comprehensive regional view of the air pollution problem at Colonial National Historical Park and suggests several actions that the park and other organizations can cooperatively take to deal with the air quality problem
