The objectives of this study to conduct wolf monitoring in and around Glacier National Park are: to determine the distribution and occurrence of the Rocky Mountain wolf in northwestern Montana; to determine the movements, habitat use and food habits of instrumented and observed wolves; and to develop recommendations for management action necessary for wolf recovery.
