Elk, white-tailed deer, and mule deer populations are being impacted by the heavy hunting pressure and are losing suitable habitat through the various land uses on the Reservation. This management document proposes a foundation or strategy from which the Blackfeet Tribe can begin to build comprehensive wildlife management plans for each of the three important target species covered.
