The ecology and distribution of the rodents of northern Mohave County, Arizona

Darden TR. 1965. The ecology and distribution of the rodents of northern Mohave County, Arizona. University of Arizona

This thesis described the geology, climate, “life zones” and associated flora for 27 known species of rodents in an area bounded by the Arizona border to the west and north, the Mohave/Coconino County line to the east and the Grand Canyon to the south. Distribution of rodents is postulated to be affected by soil type more than plant type.
