The purpose of this study was to survey the fish populations in 22 tributaries of the Cuyahoga River within the Cuyahoga Valley National Recreation Area (CVNRA) and to note changes within these fish populations in 14 of these tributaries since a previous study (Orr, 1980). The study looked at species richness, species diversity, and index of biotic integrity (IBI) to determine the effectiveness of water pollution control efforts along the tributaries of the Cuyahoga River within the CVNRA. Includes tributary location maps, fecal coliform measurements, and identified species lists.
