This planning document was developed to serve as a guide for management of Kenai Fjords National Park. It describes the Park's existing environment and presents approved approaches to resources management, visitor use and development, land use and management, administration, and compliance. The major issues addressed are access, private and state lands within the Park boundary, levels and types of appropriate development, tidelands and submerged lands, and acceptable types of motorized use in the Park. Zoning and boundary adjustments are also discussed.
