Analysis of bones of 58 kinds of vertebrate animals found in two Idaho caves suggests caves function as carnivore traps. Bones were analyzed in 2 Idaho lava blister caves suggesting that they acted as carnivore traps. Moonshiner cave is 48 km west of Idaho Falls Middle Butte cave is 8 km east of Atomic City Geographic location:Southern Idaho
