This report is based on a geologic reconnaissance of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument to determine the location and limits of mineralized areas in the Monument. Approximately 50 square miles of the Monument were found to be mineralized to any appreciable extent. Sections include: geology, structure, geologic history, ore deposits, the mineralized areas, and the nonmineralized areas. Maps and photographs.
