Plan to manage the 58-mile stretch of River designated the Missouri Recreational River. Describes the resource (including land use, vegetation, fish, wildlife, streamflow and water quality) and the plan to manage it (erosion control, habitat enhancement for fish and land animals, inventory natural resource, preserve/conserve the geologic, ecological and paleontological resources, protect officially listed species, protect the natural visual characteristics, allow mining in a way that doesn't degrade the resource, management grassland to support wildlife, riparian vegetation, watershed and scenic values, assist private landowners to help reduce conflict between recreational users and livestock, reforest areas immediately adjacent to the river, maintain compatible agricultural uses, manage water releases from Gavins Point Dam to meet all needs, maintain or improve water quality, and control bank modification activities).
