The moss flora of Big Bend National Park, Texas, consists of 58 genera, 106 species, 6 varieties, and 1 hybrid. Of these, 74% are new reports for the Park, 9 genera and 20 taxa are first reports for Texas. Globulinella globifera (Hampe) Steere and Entodon erythropus Mitt. are reported new to the moss flora of the United States. Keys and an annotated checklist are included.
