Table lists vegetation zones on the Kona slope, giving elevation, rainfall, natural cover type, and representative species of plants for each zone. Ecology section includes short bibliography of sources for Hawaii. Flora section includes lists of endemic and indigenous plants and "list of plants suggested for Honaunau area." Insect section includes checklist of "insects and related arthropods ... which have been reported to occur within the limits of the Honaunau park area."
