Reports a nesting site of the black swift in a granite gorge of the Marble Fork of the Kaweah River in Sequoia National Park. This is the first record of a black swift nesting site in the southern Sierra Nevada. Includes a description of the three nests found and observation of the activities of black swifts in the area.
