A New Species of Bovicola (Mallophaga)

A species of Mallophaga represented by several collections from elk of Yellowstone National Park and represented from other areas of the U. S. , appears to be new and is described herewith. 95 females and 80 immature specimens of this new species of Mallophaga were collected from the elk of Yellowstone National Park.
